Trust Account Overdraft Notification Requirements

Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 35

All financial institutions which hold attorney trust accounts must enter into an Attorney Trust Account Overdraft Notification Agreement with the Board of Professional Responsibility, which monitors these accounts.
