Tennessee's Proactive Management-Based Regulation (Voluntary Self-Assessment) Now Available for All Tennessee Attorneys
Tennessee's Proactive Management-Based Regulation is a voluntary program created to help lawyers with their professional development. It is designed to mitigate risk, elevate competence, and enhance the quality of legal services delivered to clients. It gives you the chance to see what is working and what could be improved when it comes to law firm management and meeting professional obligations. The goal is to prevent problems before they arise. This should allow you to spend more time on cases. Attorneys will receive 3 Duel CLE Credits after completion of the course.
